Go East, Commodity Bull!
Interesting headline on Yahoo Finance tonight ...
Central Bank Expects China's Economy to Grow by 10.5 Percent in 2006, Stronger Than Predicted
I can't wait to see how the commodity bears try to spin this one. LOL! This is very bullish for commodities.
The People's Bank report also predicted continuing low Chinese inflation rates -- 1.5 percent in 2006 and 1.8 percent for the first half of 2007. This puts less pressure ont he central bank to tighten the money supply.
Oh, and I'm writing a lot about India and China in Wednesday's Money and Markets, so stay tuned.
